Please help me decide between UCLA and USC.

I know I should have done this earlier but I thought that by now, I would be leaning towards one school more than the other. To begin with, I wanted to mention that I'm not a big fan of the whole Trojan vs bruins rivalry - it has no effect on my decision. To give you some stats about me. I go to a small private catholic school, my university gpa was a 4.78 and my act was a 31. I'm involved in extracurriculars and what not. Long story short I was admitted to UCLA for the fall and USC for the spring. Money wise, I'd have to pay 11 grand at UCLA a year and 14 grand at USC which isn't that big of a difference. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could give me feedback on the schools based upon research or experience. Maybe in reference to education (how classes and professors are, difficulty in finding classes), social life, living on campus, etc... I know this is just undergrad studies but I really would appreciate some insight. Thanks!
