I am an international student from Canada and I am very confused about the score sending process atm.

Basically, I understand that were I to take SAT IIs in November, I would have to rush send them to UPenn. Reading from some past threads on CC, apparently you could select a school when registering for the exam, so that the scores will go directly to the school (without you seeing it and then deciding whether or not you want to send it). However, when I was registering for the exam, I didn't see such an option!

The second method is to apparently wait until the November scores come up (around Nov 17) and then rush send them to Penn. But wouldn't that be too late? I want to send the scores to Penn asap.

Aughhh sorry it's just really late at night and I'm getting more confused by the minute. Any insight from CC members would be very very very much appreciated! Thanks so much.

If you search rush scores on the college board site it looks as though you can only do this once the scores are released- then you choose the rush option to send your scores. It says they are sent within two days. It also suggests you contact the desired school to see if they accept the rushed November score for their ED deadline.

Fastest way is to use your free score reports with your registration - you are allowed to change your registration to add score recipients up to 9 days after the test date through your college board account. From its website, UPenn requires scores from the November SAT test date to be sent directly for ED (i.e., not to wait until you get the scores and then rush).
