Please Help me find colleges I should apply to! (Warning, a lot of text)

Sorry for this being so long, I want to be as specific as possible.
I am currently a Caucasian male Junior in High School in New York, and desperately need help finding places to apply.

My school has a really weird GPA system, how it works is we do it out of 4.4 instead of 4.0. Also, I have a few half year courses that I got A+s in but I'm not sure how those factor into my gpa so i left them out. We weight all ap classes by 1 gpa point (An A would be factored in as a 5.0). I manually converted my gpa to 4.0 scale, and without junior year (which will hopefully bump me up), my gpa is a 3.61 uw/ 3.74 weighted. However, on my transcript my school does not provide my gpa on a 4.0 scale or unweighted, and they said that if any school asks for an uw gpa to leave it blank and contact the guidance department which will contact the university. So for comparison purposes, I will probably have about a 3.85ish weighted on a 4.0 by the time I apply to colleges. I have not taken the SAT or ACT yet, but based on a bunch of practice tests I think I will get about a 2000.

In 9th grade I was on the Academic Quiz bowl team, and in 10th grade I was the president for the first half of the year but then I had a falling out with the adviser and I quit. Should I even include this on my app?

I have also one about 4 awards, like winning DECA regional competition and B.S. awards just to put on my app.

Outside of School-
-8th Grade+ Summer going into 9th Grade (1 Year)-Off-the-Books job as a busboy at a bagel cafe.
-11th+12th Grade- I co-founded a tutoring "company", which is basically I tutor about 5 kids for 20$ per hour.
-I have about 20 hours of miscellaneous volunteer hours from various places over my high school career.
-During the summer going into 11th Grade, I completed an un-paid volunteer internship at the Local Democratic Headquarters for 50 hours, where I basically just made phone calls the entire time. The Town Supervisor I was campaigning for, although he lost, wrote me a very, very nice recommendation letter which labels me as a "Data Analyst" and other fancy terms. (I will be manually sending this to all colleges I apply to)
-This coming summer, I am planning on un-paid interning for the Democratic Head Supervisor for my county, basically the most important political figure in my county. I am planning on volunteering anywhere from 50-100 hours. He should also be writing me a good recommendation letter.

Family+Financial situation
Dad First job income before taxes-$110,000
Second Job- $20,000
Mom- $35,000
It is unsure of yet, but I think my mom is planning on quiting her job this year, going to SUNY Stony Brook for a year to get her masters (this would be during my 1st year), and then working from home.

My Sister is currently 22, she attended SUNY Stony Brook Honors College, lives out of the state with her SO, and makes $55,000 a year while getting her masters from johns hopkins online.

My Brother is currently 20, is in his junior year at SUNY Stony Brook Honors College, but will probably go there for 1 extra year to get his masters, so his extra 5th year will be during my first year of college

My little sister is 2 years younger than me and is currently in the 9th grade.

We have a house worth $450,000, no mortgage, and have about $10,000 in savings. That is all our value, we don't have any investments/other property.

My dad would be willing to pay about $20,000 a year max, and my grandparents will probably chip in $5,000 a year, and if I'm lucky (not counting on it) $10,000 a year.
They reallllllllly don't want me to have any student loans, but I'm willing to have $10,000 a year in student loans. I'm also planning on getting an on-campus job, but I have no idea how much that pays. So with no loans, I have a budget of $25,000 a year, but if I do take out loans, which I don't even know if my parents will let me, will have a budget of $35,000.

My Future
Based on my internships, it is pretty obvious that my "profile" is going to be a political science student. However, I think I am more interested in economics, although I have not taken the class yet. I am also interested in business. My dad is a lawyer, so I might go to law school but I just don't know. I don't think I could survive 4 years of poli-sci, so I think my major will probably be Economics while minoring in poli-sci, but I really could change at any minute these are not set in stone. Long term, I think my kind of back up is to go to law school and be a lawyer, but my real dream is to be a talent agent at a company like CAA or WME. However, the "talent" in the name makes everyone think this is some weird unattainable job where you just hang out on the beach in LA and talk to celebrities, but in reality it has a little bit of law, little bit of business, and a high-pressure+paced lifestyle that I think I'd like.
