<p>The Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) at New York University is an academic and financial support program funded by the New York State Education Department and NYU. HEOP provides access to NYU for selected low income students with high academic potential.</p>
<p>Most if not all NY Colleges and Universities have this program.</p>
<p>For single mother and 3 children you have to have an income of $37,240 or lower. My mom makes 20k so I def. qualify for HEOP. Also HEOP has a SAT range.
NYU range for HEOP is 1000-1250(V+M).
And of course you have to be a New York Residents.</p>
<p>Also I am first in family to ever go to college.
