<p>Stevens has some full-tuition merit scholarships. You’re likely to get merit money from URochester, WPI & RPI as well, but don’t know if they will be big enough to be affordable.</p>
<p>SUNY-StonyBrook (and the other SUNYs) may be in range cost-wise.</p>
<p>You could get big merit money from UMD, and their CS program (as well as StonyBrook’s) is well-respected.</p>
<p>Run the NPC and see if Cornell, Columbia, UPenn, and the other Ivies are affordable. Also UMich. Maybe UVa & UNC as well. No one is a sure thing at those places, but you can’t go wrong with CS at any of the Ivies or UMich (actually, any of these schools).</p>
