<p>I need chances, but please help me pick out one more school in the reach/
high match category... any help is REALLY appreciaiated!!!!!

<p>hahah although u being african american will help, your GPA and SAT scores are really too low for AA to help u THAT much. im assuming ur unweighted gpa is in the range of 2.9-3.1. Way to low for UVA, Harvard, NYU, CMU, and Northwestern. Your SAT 1 isnt amazing either, low for all the top schools you listed. If you have hardcore finanical issues i can see something happening w/ one of them. Everything else will be a match/good possibliilty.</p>

<p>UMich has AA which should help....maybe UWisconsin?</p>

<p>UMich has a high emphasis on GPA though...I'd say it's a reach...not impossible, but unlikely</p>

<p>Even though you have no official rank, colleges will know where you are in your class. So where are you?</p>

<p>An affluent URM from a private school doesn't get the same help as an inner city, poor URM. For a reach try schools that have low numbers of black applicants such as good LACs in the MW.</p>
