Please help me make a list, and how do I make an application for Canadian universities?

Hello, I'm an International student that is going to apply for 2015 Fall, and I was just wondering if I can get help with making a list of universities that I should apply for.

[American-system[inside Egypt]] I am a Canadian citizen.
Current High School marks:

Grade 9: about a 3.4 G.P.A(I think around an A- or B+ in Mathematics_
Grade 10: about a 3.2 G.P.A[D+ in Mathematics :/)(I slacked off in Grade 10 :(]
Grade 11: about a 4.0 GPA(A+ in Mathematics(Pre-Calculus) and everything else, including English, Chemistry, and French.
Grade 12: I expect a 3.8-4.0 GPA with an A or A+ in Mathematics(Calculus), also taking Biology in Grade 12, expecting an A- or A.

I studied for about 5 years[Elementary School] in Ontario, Canada. I finished elementary school there, so I don't think I would need to take the IELTS or TOEFL. If someone can also make sure of this, that would be great :).

SAT: I took the SAT twice
First score:
1900 [540 Critical Reading, 600 Mathematics, 760 Writing]
Second score:
1830 [570 Critical Reading, 650 Mathematics, 610 Writing[Bad Essay :(]

Superscore(best combined score):
1980 [570 Critical Reading, 650 Mathematics, 760 Writing]

Taking SAT Subject Tests Biology E/M and Mathematics Level 2[In November], expecting about a 600-650 on each, maybe more.

I will not be taking any AP exams.

What universities should I apply for? What universities should I include in my list?

Preferably in Ontario, but outside Ontario is good as well.

Currently on list(Starting from universities I want to enter most):

University of Toronto

University of Waterloo(Probably impossible since I haven't/won't take any AP exams)

University of Western Ontario

York University

Ryerson University

For universities outside of Ontario, I was thinking University of British Columbia - Vancouver, or Carleton University.

So, can someone help me out with this list?

For example, take universities that I would probably have no chance of being accepted into off the list, and universities that I would more likely be accepted into on the list.

Programs that I would like to enter(Still picking. I'm going to check out the courses for each one and see which one most interests me.):

Computer Science[Video Game Industry]

Kinesiology

Veterinary

Also, how do I submit an application for universities? I made an OUAC account,, but what now? Like, how do I send my SAT scores?, my high school transcript?...to be honest, I don't know anything about how to submit an application to a university.

Thanks in advance for your help.

While I am not familiar with Canadian institutions, I would strongly recommend you check with each specific college to see if you need IELTS.

If I were to get a 3.8 or 4.0 in Grade 12, that would make my cumulative G.P.A around a 3.6-3.65, what would that equal…like a B+?

Here is the link to find out what you will need to apply from your country to U of T. Other universities will have similar information on their websites. http://www.adm.utoronto.ca/admissions/

Canadian universities only look at grade 11 and grade 12 marks. Since Canadian universities will not know your school system very well, your SAT scores will be the most important factors.

For computer science, you will need calculus and English at a grade 12 level. For the others, you will need English and calculus as well as biology and chemistry with physics highly recommended. http://www.artsci.utoronto.ca/futurestudents/admissions/pdfs/High%20School%20Prerequisites.pdf

Veterinary science is a postgraduate degree and is extremely competitive.

Computer science and kinesiology are also quite competitive.

With your interests in kinesiology and veterinary medicine, you may wish to look at the University of Guelph which has the only veterinary school in Ontario and is one of only five in Canada to have a veterinary school. The others are listed here http://www.canadianveterinarians.net/about-veterinary-medicine/colleges.aspx#.U-u_hv0Y7nY

Carleton is in Ontario, by the way.

Fill out the OUAC 105D application which is for Canadian citizens living overseas. It has a lot of information as to what steps you have to follow and lists the universities, their programs and explains how to apply via OUAC. The university web site will explain where and how to address transcripts whilst SAT scores will be sent digitally usually by collegeboard after your have given the college code numbers to which they have to be sent…if I recall correctly from my d’s application a few years ago…of course things may have changed since…so read the OUAC 105D form as well as your university websites…also your school in Egypt surely has someone involved in college applications? especially as it is an American system school.
