PLEASE help me out, I'm stressing! I will chance back!

Hello! I would really appreciate to know what you guys think my chances are for the engineering schools at:
Northwestern, Cornell, Johns Hopkins University, Wash U in St. Louis, and Carnegie Mellon University

I've also heard that I have not enough reach schools (I didn't list my safeties, but they exist! Since they're safeties I didn't feel the need to be chanced for them ;) )
I guess i just don't know where I should look into. It's getting kinda late for all of this so I'd really appreciate some responses as soon as possible! Ahh, stress!
Thanks in advance.

Also am a National Merit Semifinalist, probably will be Finalist.

I think the list you have is a really solid list and your chances are good at all of them. If these are the schools you are most interested in then I would not add more selective schools to this list just for the sake of higher reaches. You probably already know the higher reach schools than these anyway. Depending on what type of Engineering you want to pursue may depend on which school on your list you choose.

I’m really considering Biomedical engineering, or chemical engineering…

But it’s really up in the air at this point, so nothing is set in stone.

you will get into at least two of those…

You look to be in very decent shape for Hopkins, Northwestern, and Cornell with the very exception sat/act scores/rank. Only detractor that could hurt is ethnicity. Also ec’s could definitely use more depth. Good Luck!

chance me please!

What do you mean “more depth”? I definitely put as much information about them as possible on the common app, I abbreviated the descriptions here… If that’s what you mean.

Calm down dude! your credentials are really impressive…

Northwestern - Match/High Match
Cornell - Match
Johns Hopkins University - Match
Wash U in St. Louis - Low Match
Carnegie Mellon University - Low Match

Good Luck!

Please chance me back at:

That’s good! I’m more at ease, but more responses are always good.

Northwestern: high match
Cornell: low reach/high match
Johns Hopkins University: match
Wash U in St. Louis: match
Carnegie Mellon University: match

I know more about Northwestern than any other school on your list, and I’d say you’ve got an excellent chance of getting in there.

Bumpers, thanks! Keep em, rolling in!

you are basically in for all them!

ps. chance me please
