WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT ---- How i look for : Uncw, Unv of South Carolina, Auburn, UTenn, Arizona State, Maryland, Southern Methodist U, Kentucky, Louisiana State, James Madison

from MD

Maybe want to apply to CLemson, UGA, or NC State -- What do you think??

come one please

I would try to get a better score on the SAT’s but i think you have a fair chance at all those schools

hope that helps,
satscholar

I think you will get into ASU. Clemson and UGA have gotten tougher to get into in recent years.

i think maryland is a reach-ish…but the other schools look good for you..

What are your seperate scores for each SAT test? I live by SMU and the SAT middle scores are pretty low. I think the admission rate is like 54%, so you have a good chance. It’s not hard to get in at all.

560 v, 500 m, 530 w

I’ve say get at least a 600 per test and you’re good.

doubt thatll happen my goal is 600 V, 530 Math on Dec test

bump bump bump bump bump

Well, the SAT scores for SMU are pretty low, around the 500s. So I don’t think you have much to worry. It’s pretty easy to get in.

thanksss!!!

Your shot at UGA would be because you are out of state (therefore diverse). Your GPA and SAT are way lower than the class average. A student at my son’s HS would not even apply to UGA with those statistics; they are just too low. However, maybe you could transfer in as a sophomore after a year at a community college? UGA is very competitive these days, as GA residents get the HOPE scholarship w/ a 3.0 average. Now, the brightest are going straight to UGA as it’s very affordable for us when we don’t pay tuition! Good luck!

yea iddk i dont wana go to community college but thanksss!!!

I didn’t think you did, but it would probably be your only way into UGA with those grades and SAT…you wanted honest, and that’s pretty honest. How can you be in the “top of your class” with an 88 average?? Are you ethnically diverse? That might be your “in,” or else that you are from out of state…but there are a ton of students in GA w/ better grades/SAT’s and equal EC’s, so I cannot imagine why you would be selected before them.

i am in the top, its not a lie. Really Small school - like 40 kids per grade. Yea and thanks for your honesty. I mean i knew it was a reach, but I was just seeing, its not my first choice any ways.

bump…:)

baaaaaaaaaaaaaduuuuuuuuuump

JMU: Reach for you
