Well I am extremely confused in what I should do. I want to get an enineering degree and I interviewed at Virtebi already, but I am nervous my math scores arent high enough.

These are my Stats:

GPA: UW- 3.65 W - 4.2 UCGPA: 3.98 (ok grades Sophomore Year, stragiht A's Junior year)

SAT II's: BioE- 740, MIIC- 650
APBIO: 3. APPSYCH: 3. AP CHEM: 2. IBMATH: 4. IB SPANISH: 4
(Taking 7 more AP/IB exams this semester as a Senior expecting much higher scores)

Ethnicity: South Asian

-Top 10%
-IB Diploma Candidate (Hardest Course load at school)
-Student Government V.P.
-Lots of Leadership Positions
-Varsity Sport
-Lots of Community Service at different places
-Passionate/Unique Essays
-Unranked Martial Artist and Musician
-Good Recs

-Highest Math taken is Calculus AB

Please tell me, do I have ANY chance of getting into Virtebi.

My other alternate route was going to be to apply to Poly Science and then switch (BUT is that VERY difficult to do at USC? If not how would I go about this?)

Your UW GPA is a little on the low side but your SAT is right in there with others accepted in the past. Your tough class schedule, ec's, essays, and recs could make the difference.

If you want to try to enter as a Political Science major, you would apply to CLAS- College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. If you want to try to transfer to Viterbi later, you would apply as a transfer student, even if you are already at USC. USC - Viterbi School of Engineering - How To Transfer

(Hint: use spell check before posting- members here can be very particular about stuff like that! :))
