I think you have a good chance at an Ivy school.

Your SAT is farily good, your GPA is good(though somehow weridly weighted)

Your ECs are not really "stand-out" material, but you have the leaderships,

etc. It's farily good.

george washington :safety
wash st louis: match(safety?)
georgetown sfs: match
amherst: match(but you never know, it's a highly competitive school)
uchicago: match
cornell: match(but it's an ivy, so you never know)
darmouth : match
princeton, columbia, harvard yale
These are highly competitive schools, more competitive even in the ivy
range. Maybe you will get into a couple of these schools above.
But you never know.

Lots of kids with 2250+ and good ECs, nice Essays, dont make it to ivies.

I think you have a good chance though,

I don't know why you are panicking when you have good SATs, gpa, a bunch

of 5s in the AP and all that. It's kind of irritating ;) Well, best wishes for you!

In my opinion, her extracurriculars are very "stand out material". If she does get into any of those schools, it will be because of her extracurriculars. I think you are in at GW, Georgetown and Cornell.

Even though your GPA is weirdly weighted, you still have a nice Class Rank.

George Washington:Match
Wash St Louis: Reach
Georgetown: Match
Amherst: Match
UChicago: Match
Cornell: Match
Princeton: Reach
Dartmouth: Match
Columbia: Reach
Harvard & Yale:Reaches

I think you have a good shot at all of these schools!

thanks. anyone else?

Your leadership carries big weight with the heavy hitters. Everything looks good (not like "wholly crap what scores, what academics!") but all those leader positions you have held and your obvious interest in politics are going to help you a lot. A student from my school who got into all of his ivy choices last year (matriculated to Harvard) I believe was accpeted solely on the basis of his amazing leadership. Of course, he did have a 4.0 and a 1560, but no spectacular community service as far as I am aware.

anything specific i can/should do to improve my chances?

Your stats are really good, and you have great leadership in your ECs. I think that you will be admitted to at least seven of your schools. The two things that you can do now is to keep your grades up, and to package your applications really well. Make sure that the recommendations are strong and focus on your strengths as a candidate. Make sure that the essays are outstanding. Interview for as many of the schools as possible, and also maintain focus there. The books on Ivy League admissions all seem to stress that pulling together a polished application that gives a picture of you as a real individual is key. You are definitely a strong candidate. Be ready to tell each school why you belong there.
