Please help me w/ UCI admitted (problem application)

I am a high school senior who was admitted to uci for biological science major with 3.93 college weighted GPA.
When I was reading through the student contract, i noticed that it stated Your admission to UC Irvine will be withdrawn if you... failing to report all schools attended, or all A-G courses completed (original failing grades and grades for courses repeated). You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information reported on the University of California undergraduate application for admission and scholarships.
After reading the last part, I was like "OH CRAP" and realized my admission will be withdrawn, since when I was filling my a-g section of the uc application with my high school counselor(she gave me assistant with the filling part and helped me checked it), I didn't include a failed Earth Science simester grade in my freshmen year(I used a B that I earned in the following summer school to replace the F), and I used the A s I earned from summer school in sophomore year to supersede the 2 C s i earned in freshmen year. I though my counselor knew what she was doing, sadly, I am solely liable for this wrong information.
I asked my high school mentor today about my situation and was told that I should go to uci admission office and see if corrections can be made. It would be really suck if that happens....
Right now I am afraid all my uc applications will be withdrawn :<. Could any UC Schools admissioner or people who had similar dilemma give me some advise on how I can explain this to the uc admission office or tell me what will most likely to happen after I go to office and try to change the information? Thanks people.(please pardon so if this message contain errors, i wrote it in a shocked state)

I think you can update/fix your academic recoords. Check or ask ■■■■■■■■■■■■. She usually has good thoughts and knows what to do.

Yeahhh, you needed to send all your grades, even if the classes were retaken. I think omitting an F is kind of a big deal…

I didn’t know it back then… I think I am gonna drop in the office and try change it with the admisison people… I also failed 1 or 2 more courses, but they were non a-g electives so doesn’t matter right?

I had to inform UCI, and several of the other UCs schools regarding a change in the subject level, because I am doing the International Baccalaureate. I believe if you have given them a notice that would be fine. Also I have not been accepted to UCI yet so good for me.

Correct, non a-g courses do not matter whatsoever.

call UCI admission and informing them of the missing classes and further instruction on what to do. It will effect overall GPA but i don’t think it’ll make THAT big of a difference

you better run to the UCI admissions office and come clean, they might think you are trying to cheat your way in …
