Hello, I would like to be an Economist. I am from Saudi and I have a full-paid scholarship.
I don't, however want to be in a prestigious university .
I'd like to start my acadimic studies in 2013 spring, and so far my dream school is Tufts.

I got 82 on toefl test, 24 on ACT and am looking for some good "safty Schools" ( like possibly american university) and also some schools with a little bit more respect in order to further my education and follow this path.

Would really appreciate some suggestions or advice.
Thank You

One more thing, is it better to wait for Fall 2013 and have more time to try my best with ACT and toefl?

By the way, nowadays, I am learning Academic English at Georgetown University which means I would not be wasting time if waited for the Fall applications.

To be honest, all what I need is a degree from a good university. After that, I want to join a really prestigious university for master degree.

Will george mason university prepare me for this? Or Syracuse?
