Please help me

Can someone please give me advice regarding my current situation:
I am a Junior and recently I just moved to California. The new school is VERY competitive and is currently ranked 76th in the nation. Due to the move, I was very dejected and apathetic during the first semester of my Junior year since I had to give up many, many leadership positions and the general familarity with my old school. Before the move, I was ranked 1/714. But this year...I got straight B's for first semester (which is, surprisingly, average for this school. Not super bad. Only maybe 8/700 got straight A's). [sign] Eventhough all six classes are AP, I still feel really bad and feel like I just screwed over everything I had worked for. Before this fiasco, I had a 4.0 unweighted. Now, I don't even know.

Because of my poor perfomance, I am very determined now and am resolved to get all A's again. But, I just want to know if i really screwed myself for the "good" college and if it is too late. what should i do?

p.s. my EC are pretty solid and leadership is really good (class president and state cabinet)
p.p.s. I just took the SAT this saturday. Waiting to see how that sucker turned out.

Ruined your chances? Definitely not.
You seem like the type of person who, after an unfortunate fall, will get right back up and running again. Maybe you won't end up with grades like the best kids in your new school, but I think you'll definitely have a wowing GPA again, if you just keep working. And colleges know that switching schools--especially switching STATES!-- is a very stressful and dramatic change. If you can demonstrate your ability to get right back to your old work ethic, even if your results aren't the same, I think you'll be better than fine. Colleges will know you're a hard worker who can adjust to big changes-- and that definitely says a lot.

Colleges understand moving can be stressful, dont worry.

I third the opinions above. You are still good for Harvard, Yale, Priceton, Stanford and so on. Just show your resilience and do well next term.
