Please help me!!

<p>Hello,
I am an incoming senior from MD (in-state in MD and NY).
I want to apply to:
UMD-CP
SUNY- Binghamton
Georgetown
UVa
William and Mary
Tufts
U-Mich Ann Arbor
Rice
Emory</p>

<p>Major: IR</p>

<p>GPA: 3.87 Unweighted; 4.6Weighted
ACT: 32 (SATs not worth mentioning)
SAT IIs: 760 US History, 730 Biology, Awaiting scores from Math II and Lit.</p>

<p>Classes: By far the most rigorous schedule available to students at my school. Only student in my grade to have taken 6 APs (US History-5; World History-5; Macro Econ-5; Psych; Bio; Calc BC). 2 more (Euro and Lang) next year with 2 classes (Geo 101 and Stat and Prob) at community college. In addition, I have an internship at the NIH in Bethesda (NCI) for 4 credits plus this and next summer.</p>

<p>ECs:
• Mock Legal Trial Club (9th-12th Grades; co-captain in 11th Grade, captain in 12th Grade). Progressed from position as witness (9th) to expert witness (10th) to head defense attorney/co-captain (11th), captain (12th).
• Model United Nations Club (11th and 12th Grades; Vice-President/ Prime-Minister in 12th grade). Helped in the formation of the club.
• It’s Academic! Team (10th -12th Grades)
• Indoor Track and Field (9th and 10th Grades; co-captain in 10th grade) Sprinter and Shot-Putter.
• Indian Association of Frederick, MD- Volunteer/ Stage Manager at events
• Junior Class Club (11th Grade- Head of Fundraising Committee). Lead major fundraising efforts.
• Member - National Honors Society (11th and 12th Grades; webmaster in 12th Grade)
• Student Government Association (9th-11th Grades)
• Member- Sophomore Class Club (10th Grade)
I have denoted the clubs that I will continue with next year and if I will be a leader in them.</p>

<p>If anyone has any other suggestions for me, please dont hesitate to add them. I would like to go to school on the eastern seaboard (NE, Mid-Atlantic, South).</p>

<p>How can you be in state in 2 states. I know divorced parents doesn't do it. I thought you could only be in state in the state you went to HS in, and in another state after your parents have lived there for a yeasr if they move.</p>

<p>My parents are married, own a vacation home, and pay taxes in both (own a business in NY and actually work in MD). My brother, like me, lived in MD but was instate for SUNY Binghamton and goes there now.</p>
