I can´t decide between Tufts, Boston University, and George Washington! I am an international student, and I am looking to possibly study politics/economics and then do a MBA. Which one is more prestigious? Better reputation? Which one will get me into a top grad school? Money is not a factor. Thank you for your help !

Any one of them will get you into a good grad program, so long as you perform and get the right GPA. You can't go wrong with any one of them - all fine schools. So far as pure prestige goes, probably Tufts. But if you are interested in fleshing out a resume via internships, etc., GW is great. But as I said, all have terrific programs. Don't know what country you're from; but if you live in a warm climate now, and aren't used to cold weather, you might want to consider that Tufts and BU get REALLY cold. If cold is not a factor, and internships are not a draw, probably Tufts.

All have great reputations, and like hayden said, a GPA is what counts over what undergrad school you attend. You couldn't go wrong with any of them.
For politics I would recommend GW for it's location and opportunities. It's located in the heart of DC, and great if you want to get involved with politics as an undergrad... internships are practically right on campus.
