Please help me

Okay schools like U of Mich, UT-A, BC and any other college .... when I apply to one specific school of the univ ( for example business school ) and I got rejected.... am I rejected PERIOD or do I get a chance to get in under some other school in the univ?

You're rejected from the university. Unless if you're talking about two campuses like UT-Austin and UT-Houston (I'm assuming there is one? My knowledge of Texan education is intentionally limited), then they function as separate institutions. But the business school and college of arts and sciences within BC are both in BC.

At Michigan you apply to the College of LSA. If you are amditted, then then consider you for the Business school. So even if the B school does not accept you, you can still be accepted into the college of LSA.

intotherain, are you asking: if you get rejected to the main U of M campus are you rejected from the U of M campus Dearborn or Flint? If so, no this is not the case. You apply separately.

no what I am asking is you apply to business or engineering or LSA in Michigan right? And lets say I applied to engineering school and I got rejected... So then am I rejected from the Michigan university period or just that school... meaning do I have another chance to get into Michigan under some other school like LSA

I see. The answer is no, you are not rejected from all schools. Several students from my D's HS applied to both the School of Music or the Music Theater department AND LS&A. Some were accepted to both. Others were accepted to LS&A but not the Music School, etc.

oh I got it now thank you ~ :)
