I have a very complicated situation, and I would appreciate it very much if you would give me your advice. On that note, here goes:

I am Canadian, but have lived in America my entire life. I am not a permanent resident (and would thus pay sky high international fees) and am very much financially disadvantaged.
I'm looking to major in architecture and have applied to Michigan, Cornell, Cincinnati, Tulane, and Syracuse.

My grades are okay; I have always taken a full eight class courseload and get 1 or 2 B's per semester. I am in varsity track and cross country, and have a pretty decent portfolio. I'm sure my recs are good, but of course there's no way to know for certain.
GPA: 3. 789.
SAT: CR - 780
M - 630
W - 780
SAT II: Math II - 630
French with Listening - 700

The only way I can go to college is if I can get money to study. I'm ineligible for FAFSA and I can't get money from Canada because I have an American address.
Do I have any chance for going to school next year?
