Please help me!

During high school I was not a very good student. I slacked off, I didn't have proper study habits (none) and also I wasn't involved in school activities/clubs. I wasn't very social.
High school is nothing but a rotting memory for me.

Now that I'm going to community college, I certainly don't want this to be the case anymore. Could any of you guys help suggest what to do in community college that will help? Like your own experiences and what matters? What activities to recommend?

Any would help, I am so clueless!

Figure out your major, and do extra curriculars related to that. Being involved in student government or leadership in a club always looks good. Internships are also a plus. Community college can be a good experience if you make the most of it by getting involved and making friends.

Depending on where you want to transfer, aim for a 3.5+ GPA. If your CC has an honors program, try to join that.

It’s good that you’re thinking of this now, (presumably) before you start. If you start strong and don’t slack off, you’ll be able to transfer to a good university.

Try and focus really hard on your school work so you don’t make the same mistakes as high school. If you plan on transferring, make sure you get good grades and keep your GPA up because you can get scholarship money for it.
