So I submitted my dartmouth application two days ago. I had my guidance counselor, 3 teacher and my mentor's rec letter. (I have an absurd number of apps so left out the peer rec... yeah i know lol). What's the latest someone could send my peer rec letter by?

Also, since I’m pretty sure it can’t be added into common app since I submitted (derp moment), how should I ask my friend to go about sending it?

What does Dartmouth admissions website say about this?

I’m also in the same situation! Any help?

[Peer Evaluation](<a href=“Apply to Dartmouth | Dartmouth Admissions”>Apply to Dartmouth | Dartmouth Admissions)

How did you submit this before listing the peer information in Common App, since it is required?

I put my mentor rec letter down and it didn’t specify it wanted a peer one even though I thought it needed one. So I submitted it. I added the person writing my peer rec letter after I submitted it. Will that work?

the website doesn’t talk about this as far as I know

I thought there was a drop down menu where you specified for peers.

@SamuraiLandshark There is… that’s not the issue. btw awesome username haha

I have the same problem as you, so I just printed this http://www.usazhongxue.com/file_upload/college/info/9.%20Dartmouth%20College%20%20peer-evaluation.pdf and am going to mail it in today. I don’t know if it’ll be too late, but I’ve read on here about people who didn’t do the peer evaluation and still got in

Nice!! thanks! I already submitted my common app. However, I added my peer recommender after I submitted it. Any idea if dartmouth will receive that rec letter that way??

The peer recommendation is an issue for a number of people every year. As far I can tell/recall from past threads, it doesn’t matter if it’s late and Dartmouth will consider it no matter how it comes in.

Most institutions will allow some leeway for third party (peer and/or teacher recommendations, SAT results) tardiness. Still, I would take care of this as soon as possible.
