<p>I haven't applied to Vanderbilt yet, but I think I really want to. Does the fact that I havent applied yet (I'll probably be applying RD) decrease my admissions chances? </p>

<p>I might as well put some obligatory stats just fyi.</p>

<p>SAT: 2130
640 M 690 V 800 W</p>

<p>3.8 uw gpa
top quartile</p>

<p>varsity football and wrestling...student government...service hours...academic superbowl...no AMAZING awards, but a lot of diverse ECs that I'm passionate about.</p>

<p>Just get your app in by RD deadline. Your stats look good, especially the 800 W and 2 sports--very time consuming.</p>
