Hello, so I've been frustrated this whole week because of my senior year schedule. So I live in CA, and I'm planning to apply to UCs and some private like Chapman and Pepperdine. I have a solid GPA but the thing is I came to US 4 years ago and I had no idea how to prepare for college so last year when I was a junior, my schedule was super easy. I took ap psych and ap enviro with ap us, ap lang and precalc..spanish and stuff. and now, I don't have any "easy ap" courses like environment to replace my ap calc ! omg. :(
My intended major is music or literature. nothing related to math at all and this year my schedule is

AP Calc AB
Dual Math
Dual Spanish
AP Econ/Gov
AP lit
chorus

Honestly, I can handle this but I have SAT to study for and essays to write for college app.
I feel like dying cuz my counselor told me that to replace my ap calc, I can only take courses like Marine Bio, or social psychology. OR be a Teacher's assistance. I really really hate math so I decided to be a TA but I read it somewhere that it is the worst thing ever. since being a TA means you're super lazy..i guess.
I only got 1710 on my first SAT and I'm aiming for 2100 on OCT, which I definitely will need a lot of time for that but ugh my schedule is crazy this year. what do you guys think ? )): is being a TA that bad? I don't want to spend too much time for school works.. I really want to study for SAT instead..
