Your ACT is near the bottom part of their applicant pool and, assuming your GPA is not in the top quarter of your class, so is your GPA. That’s a solid reach. Also, it looks like your total scholarships don’t cover the $30K to attend, even with a Pell Grant and Direct Loan.
