PLEASE help this poor senior out!

Hello CC,

I'm an international student who needs to get a need-blind financial aid.

My current SAT superscore is (CR: 660, W: 720, M: 780) and I'm planning on taking SAT II french, math II and literature.
I think I will get +750 for math and french.

I'm an IB student and my cumulative GPA is 3.56, current senior GPA: 3.64. I'm trying to pull it up to 3.87 - 4.0

My essay is not bad, many teachers and friends have said its good but I think it is not great.
Recommendation letters are good; they are unique and tell about me (according to the counselor)
My ECs are good compared to students in my school. A lot of leadership, service, and sports

I've currently applied to some universities, mostly safe and meet schools for early action (Kalamazoo, Dickinson, Tulane). I applied to one reach school for early decision. And I'm planning on major in Economics and minor in either Business or International Relations.

Now, I am starting to think about schools to apply as ED II and these are my list:
Carleton, Middlebury, Colgate, Colby, Vassar, Kenyon, Whitman, Grinnell, Denison, Hamilton, Skidmore.

Yes, I know that's a bunch and I have to cut them down. But I still don't know if I should apply to reach schools or meet schools for EDII... As you can clearly see, there are some high reaches and meets.

Currently, I really really want to apply to Carleton, Middlebury, Kenyon or Colgate.

So, the question is: do I have chances for reach schools? Or should I just go for meet schools?
And do you think I can get into some of those schools in RA?
