<p>i didnt realize that commonapp.org goes by eastern time so half of my submissions as listed as 1/2/2011 when they were due on 1/1/2011.
it allowed me to submit, but when i went back to the main page, it lists half of my submissions as 1/2/2011.
is it too late? will the colleges revoke my application? please help!</p>
<p>hey I just posted a thread on this too. I am from the west coast and I did the same thing. A lot of schools don’t care very much as long as they see you submitted by at least 2:59 AM EST (which is close to when I submitted it haha) but some schools do care. I hope someone who knows Columbia well can respond to this.</p>

<p>You’ll be fine. This happened to EDers as well, and it was not an issue. If you want confirmation directly from Columbia, I suggest you write on the Columbia Undergraduate Admissions page on Facebook. They respond to questions/issues more vigilantly there than they do their email.</p>
