Please finish reading then give me your choice. I really need your help, thnx.
Which one should you suggest, USC, and Tulane? Well, I do know that there is huge gap over the ranking. Trust me, i did some research on both schools. USC, according to Usnews, 23rd in the nation, only one place after UCB. it is rising (11th up-coming school), and I heard it's CAS just received 200 million(woohoo). USC admitted me into its Leventhal school of accounting under Marshall Business. High ranking, private, Los angeles, beach+sunshine, hot chicks, trojan family network and yes, football. No aid or scholarship, unfortunately due to late application. It seems that it has enough reason to keep me there yet i feel like I want to go to some colleges like Duke or Rice, or Dartmouth, probably becuz that I am more introvert than extrovert I think, more quite, or more academic(this is corny....) Now consider another option for me plz. Tulane University, 51st on the Usnews list, uhh, not that impressive right? However, it does have a good reputation in the south, and come from South, I indeed like this college as well. It put me in its honor program and offered 22,000 (half tuition) and 5,000 for valedictorian. It does sound attracting, isn't it? If you are stilling reading, you probably would suggest me to go to USC, merely based on its better location, better academic, and better reputation. But here comes the most important part that keeps me thinking about Tulane. I really want to transfer to somewhere else, like Duke, Upenn, Dartmouth, or Northwestern. If I go to USC, great, I will enjoy there for sure. But it's a large school so i guess it's harder to get a ideal GPA(to get into the schools I want, I probably have to get >3.9), also harder to get two strong recommendations from USC professores than in Tulane. I believe if I study in Honor Program of Tulane won't make a huge difference from studying in USC. But I will get more time and chances to interact with professors, which make it easier for me comparatively to get two strong recommendations and easier to get ideal GPA. So If I want to transfer to schools like Duke, Upenn, Dartmouth, or Northwestern, despite of the small chance I can get in, which one should I choose, USC or Tulane? Thank you so much for readling this!
Best regards

If USC is not offering you any money - go to Tulane. It is a very good school.
