<p>All those schools are reaches. Stanford accepts extremely few transfer students, and the ones they do accept are usually superstars. You can see their sternly concise description of the transfer process here</p>

<p>Berkeley and USC will be much easier to get into, but unfortunately, your grades make those school reaches as well. </p>
<p>Miami is noticably less selective than the three schools I just mentioned, and you have an acceptable chance there.</p>
<p>Do apply to Cal and the other reach schools, but universities realistically fitting your preferences and stats include</p>
