I know my SAT verbal is bad, but what are my chances @ getting into those schools???

you are ridiculously smart...
your SAT verbal isnt bad, silly, but if you're worried about it i'm sure your 750 writing score will balance it out a little bit...
im sure you will be a very good candidate for all of those schools

Though you do have one of the best EC's and awards, you are lacking the well-rounded element. (Like no research or some sort of athletics). Being Chinese will hurt, because of how competative that pool is. However witha higher verbal score, you have a good shot.

well i do research at UT Med school for cerebral palsy and chiari malformation, and im working with doctors to publish articles for medical journals for cerebral palsy

that would definately put MIT into a slight teach category. However you SAT II C math score might hurt you too :(.

Does anyone else knoe where i stand?

bump...bump...

bump bump bump

i really need some advice....can someone PLEASE help??

if u boost your verbal sat and ur math 2c score, ure the perfect applicant (which means u'll get into all schools and have a solid 50%chance at hyps and mit)
thats as good as it gets!!!
with your current scores, you should still be able to make it to most schools if you write proper essays.

remember, this is only my opinion, you can never be sure with schools like hyps mit

bump bump bump

yarrr...i'm from memorial HS and i'm competing with you...looks like you've got a damn good shot with your research and EC's....

just wondering...what is your cutoff GPA for top quarter? i still think memorial is better than bellaire :-p

Your ECs and stuff look good, but when I actaully read them, it seems like a lot of fluff. You clearly have a lot of insignificnat stuff listed and repetivie stuff that makes your list look longer than it actaull is. As for chances, who knows? dont take the chinees sat 2, itll look like cheating.
