<p>Hello, I applied RD (questbridge finalist) to Columbia. Online they say they have received everything except for one recommendation (although they have the other but I mailed both of them myself at the same time so I am not sure how they only have one on file).</p>
<p>Just to check, I emailed Columbia, and they told me to wait a few weeks because they will email me if something is missing or not from my file. However, its been a month, and my status is still missing a recommendation. A couple of days ago I emailed Columbia back asking if I was missing something or the website wasn't up to date, but still no response.</p>
<p>Anyone else have this situation? Do you think if i was truly missing something they would email me or maybe they aren't bothering because they weren't going to accept me anyway?</p>

<p>i think they would contact you. My guidance counselor told me ivy league schools don’t make decisions until March so when they review your application they would notify you. I don’t know how true that is, but a recommendation is important enough to make a decision on you so I’m assuming they will contact you.</p>
<p>Call the admissions office. Online it said that I was missing my teacher B recommendation, but I had my teacher fax it over again two weeks ago because they said it was missing. I called them today and they said they got both, and to disregard what it says on the status page.</p>
<p>Yea I should call, same thing with Duke. It was funny, I called up for myself and asked about my status and they said the page was incorrect, then I tried asking for my twin’s status and they said they couldn’t tell me due to student confidentiality so I said hold on ill put him on the phone so I just waited twenty seconds and im like hey.</p>
