Please help with chances for Engineering Programs

I am a high school senior from Massachusetts looking to major in Engineering. My top choices for college are ranked as follows: UMass Amherst (Engineering Program), WPI, Western New England University, and RIT.

Avg GPA (freshman to junior year): 3.7/4.0
SAT: 1860, Math-650, CR-610, Writing- 600 (probably taking them again)
Class Rank: Top 10%

-AP Physics
-AP Calculus
-AP British Literature
*Expecting 4's or 5's on AP tests

Sports: Soccer- Played for 2 years before having to quit due to knee injury
Nordic Skiing- 4 years, Varsity Captain

-Leo Club member (community service organization... many hours)
-Music Club
-Outing Club
-Volunteer for Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation regularly
-Self taught guitarist
-Attended Massachusetts Boys State program
(I am aware that these EC's are somewhat weak but my high school has little to offer.)

-Bausch and Lomb Honorary Science Award (University of Rochester)
-First to be awarded The Engineering Research and Building Award by my school

UMass is my first choice considering the cost and location. Although it is a state school, the engineering program is becoming increasingly selective each year. I was wondering if any recent graduates or current students in the engineering program could share any knowledge or thoughts on my acceptance chances. Please help!

Anyone out there?
