Please help with psych frq's

I'm still entirely unsure as to the FRQ's. Some people say numbered paragraphs, others say bullets, some say focus on this, others say focus on that. Can someone give a real good rundown of this? I'm self-studying, and it's my first ever AP exam. Please give me a hand!

DO NOT WRITE IN BULLETS.
(unless you want to auto-fail)

i wouldn’t do anything even resembling an outline (no bullets, numbers, etc) since outlines are not scored. you can do a paragraph per term or bigger paragraphs, either should work. my teacher says that when you switch to a new term, underlining it has been a plus with most of the readers that she’s talked to.

Thanks guys, appreciate it!

Anyone know what I should particularly focus on for the FRQs?

I’ve looked at high-scoring sample responses on AP Central, and some of them use a), b), c), etc. for each different term.

okay. JUST WRITE IN PARAGRAPHS
