In some colleges’ requirements, they say that I have to send all my tests history. However, I only sent one. So when they recieve the ACT/SAT report, what does the report look like? Will they know that I didn’t send all my scores?

It depends on whats on your highschool transcript and your application. Like in CA, you can write down how many tests you took but not send in those scores and they know that you haven’t sent in all your scores. But if your sneaky with it, they wouldn’t know you used the score choice. They’ll just see the test scores you sent.
Don’t be a cheater and a liar. Follow the college’s rules, dude.
Neither College Board nor ACT.org sends anything to colleges to show you even registered for a test you withhold. There are many high schools that put all your scores on your transcript sent to colleges and thus you better check what yours does.
