<p>Freshman Year i took these classes: Geometry honors, biology honors, pe, english, s.s., spanish, business. I got a C in geometry...still haunting me, a B in biology, and the rest are A's.
Second semester I took the same classes and got a B in geometry, an A in biology, and the rest A's.</p>
<p>Sophomore year I took algebra 2 honors, chemistry honors, spanish, s.s, english, p.e, accounting.
I received all A's both semesters.</p>
<p>Junior Year(Currently what I am)
I am taking ap bio, english honors, pre-calc, psych/ap psych, pe, spanish, physics.
First semester I got all A's in these classes except for english. In english I a C.</p>
<p>i am now in my second semester of junior year.</p>
<p>My gpa is 5.14 (weighted) and my class rank is 40 of 500.
I want to major in biology.</p>
<p>I am in varsity swimming, spanish club, diversity club, volunteer club, relay for life (cancer society), quiz bowl and also volunteer during the summer and will be going to the pave program at vanderbilt university.</p>
<p>I took the ACT once in december and got a very low score. I got a 26. That was my first time and will be taking it again in april. Do you think that is a smart decision? i did not sign up to take the february test because I have not had enough time to prepare for it. I am going to work very very hard on getting my act score up.
I am really concerned with my chances at a good college. I really want to go to the university of michigan ann-arbour, university of chicago, wake forrest, vanderbuilt??
i'm not sure if i even have a chance.
