Please Help

I have a bit of an odd situation. I just completed my first semester at the University of Iowa honors college and earned a 3.92. I am transferring to the University of Missouri honors college at semester and plan to earn a similar GPA. I had a 3.7 high school GPA and a 29 on the ACT. I will have earned roughly 38 credit hours by the end of the year. So, I was wondering if anyone would have any idea what kind of schools I would have a shot at. I was really hoping to try for maybe UNC, Virgina, or Vanderbilt but I feel these may be out of reach. Sorry if I didn't provide enough information but I would really appreciate any help/comments.

P.S. Does having already transferred once make me look bad/alter my chances? Thanks a lot

Already transferring once will raise some eyebrows, but if you can at least explain why your previous institutions haven't worked and how the next one will, you'll be ok.

UNC is going to be doable if you keep a high GPA. UVA is tough since it's OOS, but give it a shot. I hear Vanderbilt accepts very few transfers these days, but I'm not sure.
