Please Help!

I have PLENTY of reach schools to apply to this fall, but only 1 match and 1 safety that I'm really not crazy about (OSU).... I would appreciate any suggestions for safety schools and match schools-- I want schools that I'd be excited about if I get rejected from all of my reaches.
Thanks in advance!
Stats are:
33 ACT
2240 SAT (superscored)
4.0 UW GPA
Rank: 2
toughest classes in school
I don't know how much EC's matter but here it goes:
Varsity soccer- 10-12
President/founder of Ecology club
co-founder of Math Club
(my school has NO clubs)
drama/school plays 9-10
NHS
pretty involved in church, volunteer there for food pantry/medical clinic
-award for an independent science research thing (I don't want to go into too much detail on here)

A true safety, by definition, is a school that you can pay for without any financial aid other than federally determined financial aid, and where you are guaranteed admission based on your stats. For most students, that will be a community college or home state public university. Find your safety, develop some affection for your safety, and apply early so that you have it in the bag in case everything else goes wrong.

Your stats are very nice, but you don't say what you'd like to study in college, or if you have a long-range goal such as law/med/vet/grad school. You also don't indicate whether you would need a serious amount of financial aid. Without that information, no one here can give you much help.

Sorry, I meant to add that info!
I plan on studying biochemisty, I'm undecided between grad school (for more of a research career) and med school. So I'd like a school with a solid science program. As for financial aid, I probably won't get much. My parents have agreed to pay roughly 20,000 a year, and the rest is up to me.

OSU is my home state public university, and every year loads of students from my school get in with much lower stats. I will apply there, but it's definitely the last school on my list (it's too large and impersonal, it's too familiar, and very very close to home).

Pre-Med school or Pre-Grad school means that you want as little debt as possible because you may find yourself running up a bunch more for that next degree. If you aren't going to qualify for much financial aid, and your parents are only able to come up with 20,000/year, then you need to take all of that into the equation. My suggestion is that you look for places with decent science programs that might offer you merit scholarship money based on your stats. Since you are in Oklahoma, you could begin by investigating public universities in the neighboring states.

Good luck!

Hmm, I thought OSU was Ohio.
It's a large university, but you might consider UW-Madison. It's known for the sciences, and you'd be almost sure to get in with those numbers, even OOS.
Maybe you'd prefer LACs. Some, like Earlham and Kenyon, might offer you merit money.

OSU will have a BA track program in the following years due to the addition of new US 2-mile record holder German Fernandez and Texas State champion Colby Lowe. Just pointing that out.....

yeah, OSU = ohio state university
How expensive is UW-Madison for OOS students?
I'm not too keen on LAC's...

^lol, never mind then. I just haven't heard anyone refer to Ohio State as OSU. OSU usually means Oklahoma State. but now that you mention it, i believe Ohio State pulled in Terrelle Pryor, the top rated QB in the nation. so that would probably help their already awesome football program.

You would get good merit aid at Denison, Wooster or Ohio Wesleyan and save your $ for grad/med school.
