Please Help

I am going to be a senior so I have already visited prospective schools and whatnot. The problem is for the past year I have been focused on being an architect. I am not really sure but I think I got it in my head somehow that that was what I was going to be so I have really focused my college search on that aspect. It isn't that I don't think I would enjoy architecture but all of a sudden I am interested in something along the lines of biomedical engineering. I don't really want to be a doctor but more of a medical researcher/genetic engineering person etc. So now I have two career paths. I could be happy doing either but part of me is leaning towards BME now and I am afraid that I may just be being impulsive.

So I guess my problem now is I don't know what schools are best for this new major and I'm not sure that I can get in to them whatever they are. I feel pressured because I had already gotten down to my top two choices and now I want to make a change. I don't think I am smart enough to get in to the good undergraduate programs for BME. Sorry I am rambling, I am just stressed out and I hate to make my parents take me to visit more colleges.

So the questions are...
What colleges are good for an undergraduate program in BME? [I am planning on doing Graduate as well]
Do you think that a 32 in the math section of the ACT and a 33 in the science means that I am capable of being competitive in this major?
Any advice on picking between two prospective majors? [And yes, I want to pick my college based on my major because I want to go to a good school for the chosen major]

If it helps any, UT-Austin is nationally renowned for both majors.

And I actually really wanted to do architecture, but then realized I can’t draw… I’m in BME, but at a school that doesn’t offer arch. I had a 33 on math and a 32 on science, and I’m going to a school that’s pretty highly ranked for BME, so I’m sure you’ll be fine wherever you end up.

Thank you for your help, I hadn’t considered UT-Austin but I will look in to it. I was heavily considering GA Tech for Architecture because I would receive in state tuition and I believe [knock on wood] that I can get in there. By the way I am a girl so that helps or at least it is to my advantage. But anywho, I just found out GA Tech has a pretty good BME undergraduate program as well so if things didn’t work out for whatever reason there are other options.

And I enjoy architecture because I would consider myself artistic. Or at least I hope I am otherwise I will really suck at ap studio art next year. :D

Maybe Case Western. They are also very good with merit money.
