<p>if i am planning on appealing is there anything i can do besides write a letter to help my chances? i want to send in my 1st semester senior grades because i have improved once again. i have requested an interview but have heard no response... any suggestions??
27 ACT and 3.62 unweighted GPA (but has been increasing very much each year).

<p>I think those are all good questions for the admissions office. Call them and ask how you go about appealing an admissions decision.</p>
<p>I actually have a couple of friends who were probably in your same situation. The key is to show that you are very interested in going to Madison. I have one friend, and now a current roommate who was admitted into Wisconsin one month before classes began in the fall. And I have another friend who actually visited Madison and went through the formal appeals process in front of a committee and she was also let in about a month before classes began.</p>
