I will be a Junior this fall and I want to make my schedule challenging but at the same time still have a minimal amount of time to be free and have a decent social life. So is my Schedule Doable or should I make alterations. I want to go to an amazing private college (hopefully Ivy League or Somewhere just as good)

Cumulative GPA:
UW: 3.25 (I know it sucks, got a lot of B+ Sophomore Year)
W: 3.7

Junior Schedule:
AP English Language
AP Physics
AP US History
AP Statistics
Creative Writing
Journalism I
AP Psychology
Literature and the Arts II

Extracurricular Activities:
Secretary of French Club
Link Crew Leader
English Honor Society
Book Club
Studying for PSAT, SAT, and ACT

Your schedule is fine. I only see 5 AP courses junior year, but that’s enough. I had 6 junior year (Chem, English Lang, Stats, US History, self-study Psych, self-study Human Geo), got a 5 on all, and I still spent the same amount of time at the mall that I did in years prior.

Your schedule is good, though you should take AP Calculus instead of AP Statistics if possible.
Nonetheless, those classes are better than I get manage getting into. My school is ridiculous…

Oops. I forgot to add that I’m taking online courses: AP Art History and Pre Calculus (Honors). I can only take AP Calculus Senior Year. So that makes my total: 6 APs, 2 Honors, and 1 Regular.

definitely doable. the ap tests themselves are very easy 5s; the crucial point is to talk to seniors about which teacher gives you less “busy work”. if the teacher gives you crap work that wastes your time, dont take the class.

Not a bad schedule at all, those classes aren’t necessarily challenging, but they may have a lot of busy work. Doesn’t look like you’re “too” busy with ECs either.
