Alright, well since this is called the "What are my Chances" thread, i'm going to ask just that. Here are my stats:

White Middle Class Student from Massachusetts
1690 New SAT
3.67 Weighted GPA

All Honors courses with 3 AP's: Psychology, Statistics, U.S. History
Will Graduate with 8 varsity letters for cross country, track, and lacrosse

Top 20% of highschool calss of approx. 300 students

A few extracurriculars and community service, but nothing to brag about.

Now, here are the schools I was contemplating so far. I am interested in business, particularily finance and/or banking.

I'd like to stay somewhat on the east coast, but name any schools which you feel fit my statistics and my need for a competitive business atmosphere and good connections.

Here are the schools I have been looking into. Please be honest and let me know if they are a) a Match, b) a reach, or c) a safety.

American University
Bryant University
Bentley College
Northeastern
UMaine
UMass
URI
UCONN
Babson College
Quinnipiac University
Ithaca College

Thanks in advance, it is greatly appreciated!

Man, I wish I went to your school...top 20% for a 3.67 GPA? Lucky dog. Pretty realistic goals, I'd say. NEastern is certainly possible if retake SATs and get closer to 2000. What's your favorite school on the list?

That shows the attitude of this board. Sup, if we all had 2400s and 4.5 GPAs, we wouldn't need advice. There is a world of schools beyond the top 50 of US News & World Report, you realize. Maybe you're not from the NEast, in which case its understandable. Different regions have their equivalents of all these schools.

actually even with ur sat u have a pretty ok shot at Bentley i think. A guy from my school got in their this year and he had a 1210 sat - perfect math score but awful verbal. He is even an intel but nothing special about him tht would mke him stand out... well good luck.
