- Taking art classes for 8 years
- Summer volunteer at hospital, teaching kids art lessons and other more general tasks all over the hospital (200+ hours)
- (3 years) Organizing and fundraising for a charity art show that raises thousands of dollars each year to build schools and orphanages in rural China (100+ hours)
- 2 year editor-in-chief of our school’s art/literary magazine
Awards/Honors:
- National Gold Medal in Scholastic Art and Writing Awards 2015
- Award-winning painting was selected as 1 of 25 by the Presidential Committee of the Arts and Humanities (Headed by FLOTUS Michelle Obama) to be displayed in the Art. Write. Now. 2015 show (it’s currently in the Lyndon B. Johnson Department of Education building)
- I had an entire page of the New York Daily News (an article) dedicated to me, my art, and my thought processes/mindset in the fall of 2015 following my award winnings
- my school’s 2D media end of the year award

Hooks:
Sister: Princeton Undergrad (Economics) '13, has donated each year since graduation and does admissions interviews for Princeton
Mother: Princeton Graduate School (Civil Engineering) '96, 10 year donor (has donated $10k+ so far)
Father: Former Princeton Grad school teacher (3 years before getting into Yale S.O.M and the family’s big move to Connecticut LOL), his fluid mechanics models are still being used by current professors to teach
