Please match my standardized test scores to my chances for colleges?

April 2012 ACT:
English 34
Math 28
Reading 27
Science 28
Combined English/Writing 33

I completely drained all of my brainpower after the first section and did mediocre on the rest of the sections- English is actually my worst subject!

I'm taking my SAT tomorrow and I hope to get around a 1900-2000 (I just got a 1950 on my last test I took yesterday)

I'm a junior and I hope to major in Business/Economics

Please chance me for:
1. Cornell
2. University of Virginia
3. NYU
4. UCB
5. Brown

GPA: 4.0, around a 4.9 weighted

Around 400-500 community service hours, tons of clubs, and a triathlete (golf, badminton, wrestling).

Bonus: How greatly are SAT scores factored into the college admissions process?

shameless self-bump

Scores are important. A 2000 isn’t competitive for any of the schools you list, except maybe UVA in state, but it’s still a reach and maybe UCB if you’re a full pay OOS applicant.
