your ECs are good, in my opinion
my only concern would be your test scores, since dartmouth's mid 50% are as follows:
SAT Verbal Range, middle 50% for matriculating students: 670 - 770
SAT Math Range, middle 50% for matriculating students: 680 – 780
ACT Range, middle 50% for matriculating students: 29-34
(information from dartmouth's website)

Did you send in a CD of your violin playing?

BrylinMoyGyeroy,

I agree with c1v4 that your ECs look great.

Your standardized test scores and your class standing however are all a bit below comfort level for many of the Ivies. I think that would be the general consensus from looking at all last year's and this year's Ivy decision threads on CC. Have you checked these out?

Are you treating Dartmouth as a high reach? What are the other schools to which you"ve applied?

Who's Brylin? You're not referring to Sergei Brylin, the hockey player, are you?

your ec's are very good i think. its apparent that you only do activities that mean something to you. i wish more people were like that.

Haha, this is a very late reply...
Thanks guys for answering!
And yes, Xanatos, I am referring to Sergei Brylin the hockey player:)

Ahh, then it makes sense that he's your hero, as he was pretty instrumental in the Devils winning the Cup a couple times.

EC's are strong, but let's hope they overlook the 35/289.

I doubt that's gonna be a huge issue but the SATs are definitely pretty low.
