<p>I'm applying to CAS as undecided. </p>

<p>I'm satisfied with my common app essay and my supplemental questions. </p>

<p>I go to a pretty prestigious independent/private school. </p>

<p>My unweighted GPA is a 3.51. This is what I'm most upset with/nervous about. </p>

<p>My SAT is a 2050~
690-Math
690-Critical Reading
670-Writing</p>

<p>3 APs~
Biology
Chemistry
AB Calculus</p>

<p>Activities and ECs~
Hospital Volunteering (4 years)
Shadowing (8 doctors)
Hospice (2 years)
Free Clinic Volunteering (1 year)
Win With Wellness (club that raises money for cancer) (4 years)

Muslim Community Group (organization thing that does community service) (4 years)

Swimming (1 year)
Theater Community Service (hair and makeup, backstage, etc) (4 years)</p>

<p>Apart from English, I'm fluent in Spanish and Urdu.</p>

<p>Your gpa is the thing that will hurt you. I understand how that sucks, because I’m a senior in the same exact boat. Your sats and extras are outstanding, so I think you do have a chance. I’d say it would be about 50/50 or maybe a little higher in your favor. Best of luck!!!

<p>also, if anyone has gotten into nyu… could you post your stats? act/sat, gpa uw, ECs/activities, etc</p>

<p>They’ll definitely look at the whole picture instead of focusing on just your GPA- which isn’t that bad. I don’t know…everything else looks very good. Good luck!</p>
