Please please and please,,, Chance me NYU Stern trans

Helloooo thanks soooo much for taking taking your time to assist me.!!
I hope you guys can chance me here!

Applying for NYU Stern transfer for 09 fall
currently a freshman at Suffolk University Finance Major
I am also an international studnet origanally came from Taiwan! Hi :P
I was in Vermont for HG for only two years (junior and Senior)
SAT: just retook one in Oct, and got 1930 (CR550 Math800 WR580) the topic of the essay sucked I hated it and messed it up. Will take it again in Dec and Score for sure higher than 630 in Wr and maybe 600 in CR.
SAT2 taken during HS: Chinese 800, math2 670, and physics 660,( didin't study at all,,, gosh , so ugly :P)
TOEFL taken during HS: 100/120
High school GPA was kinda ugly too...., my average was about B+to A-
I did some stupid things during HS= = I was in Select Chorus and got into All state and District music festival (laugh out loud...it's okay) I did one season of XC running, 2 seasons of Track and Fields, did one year of Student council(that All I could do :< wish I came to US earlier)
Community service: 100 hours in total, but I don't have any document now, does it matter if im a transfer?
What failed me in High school was I beleive low SAT score (1570 before)
and I had one suspension (dormitary rule's are stupid) I also got a "46" in ART! for one of the marking period duriong Junior year ( I am cool aint I)

I am doing pretty well now at college, predicting an average of 92~97 at the end of this semester. ( hard to tell) at least an A overall I think. Will do an internship. In some clubs, but not any leaderships (can anyone tell me is there any opportunity?) not a scholarship student...
WHAT ARE MY CHANCES!!!?!?!?!? Kneel* ORZ

Do I have to submit standardized test scores if I am applying as a transfer student? - Topic Powered by eve community

AoDay,
Thanks for helping!
But I have called the admission office a while ago and asked about the role test scores play in the process of admission, the person told me that we Are supposed to submit the scores and should not retake them( also stated on the NYU website) However, the admission person also said that they do look at the scores, and furthermroe, it Does help if I retake the test and get a higher score since they will look at the highest scores!
