<p>If you want to know what Dean’s Scholars’ stats look like, just picture what the admission stats look like for Ivy League schools. Or like soccer_girl listed above, or 19mb81 listed earlier. Great grades, great test scores, and nice ECs, some science-related.</p>

<p>I thought my essays were good especially the LAH one… originally I was going to apply for Plan II based on its reputation but I didn’t really want to take the math and science classes required, and now I’m really happy because from what I’ve read the LAH program is really good for kids who like to write. Anyone know if acceptance into honors bodes well for scholarship money? With airfare and OOS tuition Texas isn’t much cheaper than private schools…</p>
