Please rank these IR programs!

I am currently interested in these programs because I am in well range of admission, but I would like people to rank these programs from best to worst for me. *Also, I would like to go to Harvard, Georgetown, Hopkins, Tufts or Columbia for grad school, so please take that into consideration.

The programs are:
American University
Boston University
Carnegie Mellon
Case Western
George Washington U
NYU
Northeastern
Penn State
Seton Hall University
Syracuse
U of Pittsburgh

I know Syracuse has an excellent IR program. I don't really know about the other schools. American has a good programs as well i think.

I know that American and George Washington have very reptuable programs, and they are both in DC, so you couldn't have a better location.

I know which programs are good and such, but I would like people to rank the entire list in their opinion from best to worst. From 1 to 11

GWU

American

NYU/BU*

Okay, I can do the ones I do know about...and leave some comments for the others...Those right there would be the top three, although Carnegie Mellon is just an OVERALL strong college, so...I guess I'll put that in number four spot. Although, I always had the impression it was a more tech-y/science-y school.

Carnegie Mellon

Syracuse also is a really good college, especially for political science and such...so it would probably have a strong IR program and someone on here already said so! Let's put that in 5.

Syracuse

Anyway, about the * for BU/NYU both are really strong schools. NYU might be better for IR if you want to work for the United Nations, since you're actually in the same city!!! BU is just a really strong college...so, yeah.

GWU however is by FAR the top of the schools, it's amazing...

What about Georgetown (SFS), Princeton (WW), etc?

isn't ww grad school?
