I am desperate ever since I received a deferred letter.
I feel like im not getting into any schools.
anyway, here are my stats

Instate (though applying as an international student)
GPA: 3.7
Rank: N/A
SAT: 1800ish/2400
SAT2: taking math IIC in Jan. hoping around high 700~
APs: 6 total all 3,4,5
intended major: undecided/psychology.....idk

Since vtech doesnt require any essay and rec letter, does it mean they only look at your gpa and sat???
man, I am screwed!

just because they don't require an essay and letter of rec doesn't mean they don't consider them. SAT is probably their most important factor since they're such a large school. As to your chances, my guess isn't any better than anyone elses but i would think you have a decent chance. I'm applying this year as well and am hoping i have a chance.
