k. im applying to bard, bennington, beloit, bates, ithaca, grinnell, occidental and skidmore.
SAT:1900 (verbal:640 math:640 writing:620)
GPA UW: 3.17
GPA W: 3.27
w/out freshman year: 3.50</p>

other classes for 08-09:French I and english electives</p>

<p>EC's: A LOT of theatre, chorus, animal shelter volunteer, spanish honors society, gay straight alliance, peer leading, ice cream scooping haha...
white, jewish, central jersey, small rigorous private school, male.

do some schools discount freshman year? how much does it really matter?</p>

grinnell
bates
occidental
bard
skidmore(less selective for a male applicant)
bennington
beloit</p>

<p>beloit is a high match, the rest are either high reaches or reaches. your gpa and scores are not conpetitive enough for these schools considering you’re a white male attending a private school. apply to more matches and safeties like knox, earlham, denison, and wooster.</p>
