Are the admission requirments higher for students who are out of state? I am from Texas, so I thought it might be an advantage.

I have some grades from freshman and sophomore year that aren't so great, but they were in honors/AP classes, but my grades went to all As and Bs Junior and first semester of senior year.

I have a great list of extra curriculars and recomendations.

I have a GPA of 3.5 or 3.6 (88.23)

SAT- 570(math) and 530 (reading) and 590 (writing) and an ACT score of 24.

I applied Early Action in October, when do you think I will hear and what are my chances of getting in?

I would say it's harder for an out of state student to get in. They do like to get some because they pay more tuition. Your SAT's are kind of on the low end. GPA and the rest are good. Good luck.
