PLEASE!!! Score Cancellation Dillema!

I'm taking 3 test at once tomorrow
(Math 1,. Math 2, US history)

I'm not ready for history at all,
and i know that if i want to cancel the score, i have to cancel ALL 3.

So, is it ok if i take Math 1, Math 2, and not take US history?
(Which means, leave the US history answer sheet BLANK??)

and if i leave the one answer sheet blank, will it be scored ZERO????

PLEASE............it is an emergency!!!!!

THanks in ADvance!!!!

Just take the ones u want to take first, then when you are done tell the proctor you dont want to take the last test, (leaving ur sheet blank )and just leave, u ll lose ur 8 bucks though.
Oh and notice that this must be done BEFORE the test starts...

what do you mean????? before the test starts?

oh and so it won't be scored ZERO????

do not take three tests at once unless you are a stone cold genius. take one or two at a time and do well on them. If you cancel one SATII all of your test scores that day will also be vacated. If you don't cancel, college board will send out your SATII scores to all your colleges every time anyone wants to see you SAT score.
Why are you taking Math 1 and Math II? Colleges only want one Math SATII anyway. The Level II has a much more generous curve and is expected in highly selective schools or for science or engineering type futures. Why don't you spend the evening practicing on the SAT Math Level II and forget about the rest of them?
US History has one of the hardest curves of all the SATIIs. Don't take it if you are not ready..and haven't taken a practice exam. It is very detail oriented. You can keep signing up to take an SATII on various Saturdays..don't cram them in. Most colleges only need to see 2 or 3 at most anyway. Sometimes it is smart to take one right after a similar AP, but even so familiarize yourself with the test format for SATII vs AP.

I agree with Faline. The IIC assumes that you have already mastered the material on the IC.

Thanks!!!
I won't take the us history tomorrow.

or you could sub some other test forhistory.

Or, just take 2 tests and leave (smarter option, do not need to tell proctor beforehand, just dont take the third test--$ unrefundable though)

that's such a great idea!
I will retake it in November though......
well thanks anyways!!!

starling..do you have a good guidance counselor? I have never heard of any college kid taking SAT Math Level One and Level Two and I am afraid you might look "a bit mixed up" if you do that. Really..just do the practice test tonight in the book for level 2 and take that one if you are applying to selective schools. Or just take Level One and do that practice test tonight. Take the SATIIs when you are prepared and rested. better one good performance that any confusion in your scores.

good luck tomorrow.

Hey....
I just found out that if you leave one test answer sheet BLANk,,,,,
all of your scores of Sat2 that you took that day would be CANCELLED......
WHAT the heckkkkk...?????
Dang.. I wasted fifty something dollars........
I mean..I did good on the MAth 1&2!!!!!!

so my point is..
we can not leave one anwer sheet BLANK, because it will cancel all other scores.

BLANK meaning if you start the test (aka look at the questions, wait for the new block) but then dont answer anything. it is NOT considered blank if you take the test, then leave before the next test starts

""If you erase all responses to an individual Subject Test, it will be considered a request for cancellation, and scores from all tests taken that day will be canceled. """

http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/scores/cancel.html

Read it.

How does Collegeboard know that you erased all the answers? Can the scantron detect erased marks?

What they mean is if you fill in that little block at the top of each test... and then don't write any answers, then your score will be canceled.

So why not just erase the stuff at the top?

actually, i asked counselor, and she said that if you write down "ONE" answer sheet "COMPLETELy BLANK", then your all scores will be canceled!!!
